My Love Resonance provides free quizzes and relationship-related content for general information, self-reflection, conversation, and entertainment.

The Site does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, legal, financial, or other professional services. Quiz results and Resonance Scores are interpretive tools and are not diagnoses, professional assessments, or predictions.

Eligibility and responsible use

You may use the Site only if doing so is lawful where you live.

If you are under the age at which you can agree to online terms in your country or region, use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

The Site is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the Contact page.

Limited permission to use the Site

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

• Commercially exploit quiz questions, scoring, descriptions, articles, designs, or software without permission
• Misrepresent or misleadingly alter results, or imply endorsement
• Send spam, advertisements, malicious content, or unauthorized information through Contact
• Impersonate another person or violate privacy, consent, boundaries, intellectual property, or legal rights

Reasonable use of normal browser tools, accessibility tools, search engines, and personal sharing features is not prohibited.

Intellectual property

The Site’s original content and materials—including quiz questions, scoring structure, Love Type names and descriptions, written content, designs, graphics, result-card layouts, software, and branding—may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Except for the limited permission expressly granted in these Terms or uses permitted by law, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly display, publish, sell, or create derivative commercial works from Site content without prior written permission.

You retain any rights you have in information submitted through Contact. You grant the Site operator limited permission to receive, store, review, and use it only as reasonably necessary to respond, operate and protect the Site, comply with law, and handle the purpose for which it was submitted.

Advertising and third-party services

The Site may display advertisements and link to third-party websites, apps, products, or services.

Advertising or linking does not necessarily mean that My Love Resonance endorses, guarantees, or has independently verified the third party or its claims. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, availability, and responsibilities.

You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms before creating an account, providing information, downloading software, or making a purchase.

Site availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site, including quizzes, scoring, type descriptions, articles, links, and technical features.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or browser, preservation of a particular result, or continued availability of any page or feature.

Where reasonably practical, material changes affecting normal use may be announced on the Site.

Enforcement and restriction of access

We may update these Terms when the Site, its features, legal requirements, or operating practices change.

The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page. Where appropriate, material changes may also be announced on the Site.

Your continued use after updated Terms take effect indicates acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the Site.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the country or region where that consumer resides.
